Deepak Jayaraman - Speaker Profile 

Deepak Jayaraman is the Author of the Best Selling Book - Play to Potential - Lead a full life, Become the best you. In the book Deepak explores the notion of each one of us playing to our full potential across the various identities we carry (not just in the world of work). He propose a framework - FLAVOUR that can enable each one of us lead a FLAVOUR-ful life and through that play to our unique and full potential.

Deepak's mission is to help people play to potential which he strives to do it through his advisory work as a coach and sounding board, as a podcaster, as an author and as a speaker. 

Deepak likes to create content that can provoke reflection and get people to play to their full potential. This includes the Play to Potential Podcast, P2P Fireside chat series, Blogs and Articles.  Deepak has been curating the Play to Potential Podcast since 2016, where he has distilled the wisdom of 100+ distinguished guests across disciplines (business, academics, sports, art, politics and more).

As a keynote speaker Deepak Jayaraman delivers tailored sessions to leadership teams on different elements of Playing to Potential where he distils some of the insights he has gleaned from the podcast, his coaching journey and his life.

Prior to setting up his independent practice in 2016, Deepak has worked across US, UK and India with KPMG Consulting, McKinsey & Co and EgonZehnder. Deepak is an alumnus of IIT Madras, IIM Ahmedabad and London Business School (MBA) and is a certified CEO Coach.
