Papa CJ is an award-winning international comedian, leadership facilitator and published author. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and was conferred the India's Top Mind Award for Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. Over the past two decades, he has worked in more than 40 countries and partnered with over 50 blue-chip organisations. His clients include the leadership teams of Apple, HSBC and PwC in India, where he has facilitated executive strategy offsites and leadership immersion programmes. He has been invited to speak at Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford, and has written for Harvard Business Review. His two signature sessions, Breaking the Pattern and Think Like a Comedian, combine practical tools with immersive learning to help leaders rethink how they lead, innovate and collaborate. His work spans executive strategy facilitation, leadership immersions, executive coaching and interactive programmes across leadership, communication, influence, creativity, innovation, strategy, culture, resilience, negotiation, conflict management and high-performance teams. What makes Papa CJ's approach distinctive is that it is built on the disciplines of stand-up comedy rather than simply using humour as an engagement tool. Every performance demands creativity, audience awareness, experimentation, resilience, adaptability, storytelling, influence and decision-making under pressure. Thousands of performances, including on Broadway and at the Sydney Opera House, have become a laboratory for understanding leadership and human behaviour. These principles form the foundation of his leadership methodology. |
