SARTHAK AHUJA - SPEAKER PROFILE

Sarthak Ahuja is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in startup advisory. He is a Gold Medalist for All Round Excellence from the Indian School of Business and was also the youngest Indian to have completed 4 degrees in CA, CS, CMA, and BFIA, all by the age of 23.

In the firm, he heads areas of Startup Advisory and Investment Banking, assisting startups raising equity and debt capital at Series A and beyond. As an Investment Banker, he’s worked with companies in SaaS, eCommerce, and D2C spaces, in industries such as Web3, FinTech, EdTech, Gaming, Healthcare, and F&B, among others.

Sarthak Ahuja is a business consultant with a proven track record of guiding startups and established businesses towards sustainable growth. With a passion for entrepreneurship and an in-depth understanding of the financial and regulatory aspects of running a business, Sarthak has become a go-to advisor for businesses of all sizes.

His department’s areas of service include financial modeling, valuations, deal negotiations, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and legal-financial support in drafting and executing Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and all ancillary compliance.

His strategic services include design and execution of ESOP policies, Co-founders’ equity structures, Share Appreciation Rights, M&A, and other matters of internal policy and SOP design.

A Gold Medalist for All Round Excellence from ISB, Sarthak has also been published about in the leading financial newspapers such as The Financial Express as possibly the youngest Indian to have completed the courses of CA, CS and CMA along with a graduate degree in Financial & Investment Analysis from University of Delhi, all by the age of 23 years.

He’s a published author, and his book, “Daily Coffee & Startup Fundraising” has been on the Amazon Bestseller list. His second book, "Founder's Office" has been the Hottest Release in Entrepreneurship on Amazon within the week of launch. Both books occupy spots on the top 10 books on Entrepreneurship in India.

He teaches courses of Corporate Finance and M&A. In addition, he’s also been a TEDx Speaker and is invited for keynote speeches, owing to his work and content in areas of startup finance with a combined online following of over 2 Mn.

At Niamh Ventures, he works on building educational content around business and finance for entrepreneurs and founders, and is currently a passion project.
