Anand is a behavioural scientist. He uses science to change consumer, employee and public behaviour ; Anand invents and innovates products and solutions like Bleep that change public behaviour; His work has been featured in TIME, BBC, Forbes, France 24, The Atlantic, CNBC and several other media.
He reads thousands of behavioural science papers and books, write a blog www.behaviouraldesign.com about simple, low cost behavioural design solutions that change behaviour, write about behavioural design in Mint and ET; gives talks on consumer, employee, investor and public behaviour on platforms like TEDxGateway and at corporate seminars; and help brands achieve their goals by using communication design.
Before starting Briefcase in 2013, Aand worked for thirteen years in advertising agencies like Lowe Lintas as a strategic planner for clients like Unilever, P&G, Cadbury, Asian Paints, Samsonite amongst many others and spent few years in sales and marketing at L'Oreal.
In consumer behavior change, he uses Behavioral Design to increase sales conversions, improve new product adoption and design customer experience for clients like Franklin Templeton and The Economist.
In organizational behavior change, he uses Behavioral Design to change culture and habits, translate vision to action and improve productivity for clients like Cyient.
In addition to consulting, he invents products that change public behavior like reducing drivers honking in India or products that change personal behavior like a water bottle that nudges you to stay hydrated.
