Transformational Life Coach, Leena Gupta, is founder of Vibrant Living with Leena, a wellness company. She is a reciepent of ‘FICCI’ Women Achiever Award 2018-2019, TEDX speaker, Movement Therapy instructor and a senior International faculty for The Art of Living foundation. Leena has been conducting advance level and corporate training programs for last 18 years. She has also been a former Miss India America and cultural ambassador to both countries.
She has facilitated programs for Shapoorji Pallonji, IBM, Meryl Lynch, British Gas, Larsen & Tubro, Barclays Bank, Jindal Steel, Tata Consultancy Services, EO, LIC among others. She has trained over 1800 participants during 2018-2019 spanning London, New York, Mumbai & Jaipur. She has taught advance level Art of Living programs in US, UK, China, Jordan. Customized coaching sessions offer a complete and holistic solution to the client. With a structured plan, commitment and conviction the client is able to tap into their potential and reach their desired goals efficiently. Through the coaching methods the client becomes more aware, is able to come up with their own solutions, and develops a broader perspective in tackling their challenges. This empowered state helps them to overcome obstacles, inner noise, and blocks that prevent them from claiming their success. As a Movement Therapy instructor she has created unique workshops incorporating the elements of coaching, creative dance movements and meditation. Leena also emphasizes the co-creator process. In her session she encourages creativity, self expression, intuition, positivity, healthy living, and an attitude of gratitude. This experiential movement therapy program has simple but powerful techniques that help one de-stress and relax deeply on a physical and mental level. The processes create a feeling of rejuvenation, balance, joy, confidence, empowerment and enhances the happiness quotient. Leena is natural, spontaneous, intuitive, caring and has a unique ability to infuse positivity in her audience and capture their hearts and minds! Movement therapy is founded on the principle that motion and emotion are interconnected. Motion brings the mind into the moment and helps in releasing old negative or limiting patterns which prevents one from going forward with ease. Movement with awareness enables one to imbibe new positive patterns. Overcoming these blocks allows one to trust their inner guide and proceed with confidence. Movement Therapy gives one a “Pause Factor” a referral tool, which aids one to observe, re-assess, re-evaluate and respond with awareness. This enables one to be more empowered and influence the situation effectively. Movement Therapy helps one to be more natural, expressive and receptive to incorporating new attitudes, behaviors and thinking.
Sustained training and practice of movement therapy helps one to connect deeply with oneself and live more in the present. Creativity is enhanced and one is able to see life and situations from a broader perspective.

These theme based sessions are experiential .
Sessions are customized to suit client requirement.
The group size should be preferably ten or more in even numbers.
Each program module requires 60- 90 minutes.
Workshops can vary from 45 minutes to 3 day workshops.
Participants can be across tenures and levels.
For 2-3 day workshops there will be one re-connect session of 45 min post the program to reinforce the techniques.
Participants will receive information on self care and Movement Therapy daily practice techniques and a music cd of song selection played on session.
