Nandini Gulati is a health coach, public speaker and corporate trainer with a unique approach to healthy living. She integrates the natural wisdom of the body with the latest scientific findings about nutrition and lifestyle. She is the co-author of healthy cookbook released in 2015, Guilt-free Vegan Cookbook.
Her passion is to inspire people to adopt healthier habits and become aware of the wider implications of our diets and lifestyles on the planet.
Her journey of healing began with her own health issues. She was overweight, hypertensive and pre-diabetic and looking for answers beyond conventional medicine. After making lifestyle changes, incorporating “Tao of Eating” and adopting a whole, plant-based diet, she released 25 kilos and came off all her hypertension medications with normal blood sugars. This motivated her to help people facing similar health issues.
