Meet Priya Sachdev

Priya Sachdev is a double major in Mathematics and began her professional career as an investment banker in London.

Post her specialization as a Financial Analyst, she implemented her knowledge & expertise in the family enterprise – The Sachdev Group (TSG), a leading automobile dealer representing Ford, Toyota & Hyundai in North India. Priya is also the Founder & CEO of Harpreet Insurance Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in General Insurance & Motor Insurance.

As the Co Founder of TSG International, Priya along with her sister Charu were the pioneers in bringing fashion luxury labels to India with their first standalone store Moschino in Mumbai launched in 2005. In 2008, she launched her multi-brand store called Kitsch in New Delhi, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai retailing world’s most sought after luxury labels such as Stella Mc Cartney, Lanvin, DVF etc.

Priya Sachdev launched Rock N Shop in 2015, which showcases over 100 labels and is dedicated to supporting retailers and brands to reach out to a highly affluent audience in India.

​The luxury e-commerce space has been growing at a fast pace. Meet Priya Sachdev, the Founder and CEO of rocknshop.com, an online extension of the popular multi brand luxury retail chain Kitsch. An alumnus of the University College London and a former analyst with Credit Suisse, Priya pursued her passion for fashion and forayed into the retail luxury space, besides exploring potential overseas markets, Priya is helping bring premium luxury brands closer to e-shoppers in India.

She is not new to the world of luxury and high fashion brands. As Creative Director of The Sachdev Group (TSG) International – her family enterprise – she has been overseeing placement and interpretation of a host of luxury brands. An alumnus of the University College (London), this fashion entrepreneur has had a stint as an analyst with Credit Suisse. Ask her about any advice for the budding entrepreneurs and she says, “If you believe in an idea and have done your research, then just do it. Sky is the limit for those who believe in their dreams!”
