Sanjiv Augustine is the President of LitheSpeed, an innovative training and consulting company, and an industry-leading agile and lean expert. He was a co-founder of the PMI Agile Community of Practice (CoP) and the Agile Leadership Network (ALN). He is also the author of several publications and the book "Managing Agile Projects"; and the founder and moderator of the Yahoo! Agile Project Management and Lean Startup in the Enterprise groups. He presents regularly at several agile conferences and project management conferences worldwide.
