At 24, he was the youngest ever Creative Director at Clarion. At 26, he was Vice President, Trikaya Grey. At 28 he started his own agency, Equus.

Swapan is also amongst the largest private art collectors in the country and was instrumental in the creation of ARTIGER, India’s only Government propelled art initiative involving tiger conservation and public art.
